Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking on every order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking may take some time to show updates after you first receive it.

Where items ship from

Our gaming chair ships from a US warehouse. Other products may ship from different locations, so orders with multiple items can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and the shipping method you select.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, we can't change it.
